Dylan Wiman
Founder, Director

After graduating from the University of Colorado with a BSc in International Business, Mr. Dylan Wiman started his career with International Concept Management (ICM), a company focused in the architectural design and construction industry. During his 10 year tenure and role as Vice President of Business Development and Global Sales, he led the company to tremendous growth and new areas of business, including overseeing over $200+ million in projects and generating $100+ million dollars in sales. He also served as the Executive Director for multiple investment developments for ICM subsidiaries, managing hundreds of employees and a wide range of subcontractors.
Dylan has conducted business in over 20 countries, dealing with some of the most well-known companies and executives in the world, such as Disney, Emaar, and Evergrande. Through his distinctive vision and leadership skills, Dylan has successfully proven his ability to lead teams and has achieved substantial growth for both small to mid-size and multi-national companies that he has worked with.
Dylan has also developed strong passion and skills in helping companies to exceed their potential performance throughout his journey of working with different companies. By setting up Albatross Group, he believes in helping other companies to achieve and surpass their goals.
Bryan Wiman
Managing Director
Mr. Bryan Wiman is an experienced executive with a demonstrated history of working in the venture capital and private equity industry. Skilled in Exit Strategies, Management, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Strategic Planning, and Valuation. Bryan is a strong business development professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) focused in Business Management. He is also a Licensed Colorado Employing RE Broker and formerly a member as a Certified Valuation Analyst. Bryan is an experienced entrepreneur having been the Founding Partner of Employee Administrators Inc. The company managed over 50 worksites for clients HR and workers comp and more than 1200 workers HR benefits and payroll, which he sold the company to BBSI, a publicly traded company. He worked with The Redstone Group for 12 years, and became the business intermediary and Senior/Managing Partner.
